Founded in 2006, the Bears of Toronto (BofT) is a not-for profit, community organization for gay and bi Bears and their admirers; regardless of age, ethnic background or spiritual beliefs.
The Bears of Toronto was formed to provide a more diverse variety of functions for the Bear community than were previously available. As a group, we promote fun, friendship, and fraternity while supporting charitable causes and fostering community involvement.
Our purpose is to host social events for our members and friends, including those outside the bar scene, and raise funds for our charity of choice – Fife House Foundation - www.fifehouse.org
The Bears of Toronto is pleased to support Fife House, who provides affordable, supportive housing and support services for people living with HIV/AIDS.
All funds to be directed towards the Homeless Outreach Program.
