The Steering Committee have agreed to the following guidelines that all businesses wishing to do to business with us must follow:

1) The BoT membership list is the sole property of the club. Member details, such as e-mail addresses or phone numbers will not be provided for any non-club business purpose.

2) Offers and discounts should be made available to all members, by third party suppliers on a regular and consistent basis, and consideration to advertise on their behalf will be given on the BoT website.

3) The logos and name of the organization, the Bears of Toronto should only be used with the written consent of the Steering Committee. These are the sole property of the club.
