Exciting things are happening in 2010!!! I’m Warren Kennedy, your Mr. Bears of Toronto 2010. I am stoked to be your new Mr. Bears of Toronto and look forward to an exciting, eventful and awesome year. I want to take every opportunity to meet as many of you as possible at our events throughout the year ahead.

So who is your Mr. Bears of Toronto 2010? Here’s my best attempt to give you the inside track on who I am!

I am a down to earth, grounded, laid back, easy going guy.  What you see is what you get!  I am completely non-dramatic and try to avoid drama.  I try to be patient, understanding and believe in a welcoming, inclusive bear community. We all belong regardless of age, body type, background or gender. Being a BEAR is a state of mind, NOT a physical attribute or style of dress!

I live in West Toronto. I am lucky to live on a transit line making it easy to get around; I drive, but often park the car so I can really enjoy many of our events!! I believe I am highly energetic, have a positive outlook on life and things in general, spontaneous, adventurous and always open to suggestions.

I think I’m a damn masculine bear… but I will let you decide when you meet me!! I am a real beer & good food bear, and a jeans, t shirt, hoodie, ball cap, work boots or boarder shoes  wearing guy. I love new cars and they are my job. I am a Manager at an Import Car Dealership in the Greater Toronto Area.

I am not a fitness guru. I am attempting to get into a bit better shape ….muscles perhaps , very  active, love camping in the summer, love to travel, love road trips, biking along the waterfront trail, and pounding back cold beers with great company.  I love music, love to dance, and spending time at my favourite pubs, and have a huge love of politics and the workings of government.

I am a HUGE beer lover!  I have always loved beer and rarely walk past an ice cold one!  I have recently developed a true appreciation of wine (Perhaps my attempt to gain class & culture). I do love a good red wine and a chilled white works well in the summer!

My favourite place to hang out & be seen is the rooftop patio at The Black Eagle. Stop by, say hi! I am always up for great conversation, good company, and a few cold beers  and did I mention I’m single. Don’t be shy…Say Hi !
